Submissions to CONSENSE 2024 Conference will only be accepted via the abstractagent website. Following the successful submission of your abstract, you will receive an email confirming that your abstract application has been received by the secretariat. The final date for abstract submission is August 31, 2024, and submissions received after this date will not be considered for review. Abstract applications will be categorized into two groups: oral and poster presentations. While the Scientific Advisory Board will consider these preferences, it reserves the right to change the mode of presentation. The duration for oral presentations is 20 minutes (excluding Q&A time), and it is important to comply with the rules specified in paper applications.

Evaluation and Publication of Abstracts

Abstracts will be anonymously reviewed by at least two (2) reviewers from the Review Committee, and as a result of the reviewers' evaluations, the decision letters regarding the abstract results and presentation format (oral/poster) will be communicated to applicants by September 10, 2024. If necessary, the abstract may be sent to a third reviewer for evaluation.

To complete the congress registration process, the registration form found on the website must be filled out and submitted, and the registration fee must be deposited into the specified bank account. Participants whose abstracts have been accepted and wish to benefit from the early registration fee must complete their registration by the early registration deadline of September 1, 2024. All abstracts will be provided digitally to congress participants and will also be published electronically on the Congress website.
